From a Single Hotshot to a Logistics Company: The 3M Hotshot Services Story
Our story began in Midland, Texas. Company founder Michael M. Morales worked as an NDT Inspector, and in 2018 started putting together a business plan for 3M Hotshot Services. He started the company in 2020, with one truck, one trailer, and a whole lot of determination.
After just one year, 3M Hotshot Services had already earned a reputation for safety and excellent service. The company continued to grow and expand, and the future looks brighter than ever for this expanding team. What started as a local delivery service for oilfield equipment has grown into a nationally trusted freight carrier serving the Continental U.S., and we aren’t stopping there.
